Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Within South Africa

We ship nationwide via courier. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

• Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–3 business days
• Other areas: 3–5 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately at orders@justadopeboy.co.za. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
