Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at orders@justadopeboy.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@justadopeboy.co.za and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
